Our CO2PRO RSW – Next Generation builds on our in-house developed heat exchanger technology in titanium and PEHD, and has been engineered with an even more compact and refined design.
The new generation features improved in-house titanium heat exchangers, integrated flow measurement, and a PLC-based HMI that makes the system easier to monitor, control, and integrate with other systems. The solution can also be combined with our valve control system, allowing operation and system overview to be gathered on one single platform. The result is a more complete, reliable, and user-friendly RSW system for demanding maritime and industrial environments. At the same time, the combination of a titanium core and PEHD shell provides a corrosion-free and robust heat exchanger solution designed for high performance and long service life.
Overview and Control
Tempia RSW systems come with our custom-designed, PLC-based control system, which allows for a variety of tailored options—including valve control and flow monitoring. Everything is clearly displayed on a single screen, with the option for full control across multiple screens as needed. With Tempia, you get comprehensive oversight and control, all in an intuitive package.
Valve Control
As an option, you can get our PRO Valve Control. With this option, you will be able to control all valves equipped with an actuator. On the same screen, you can operate pumps, monitor flow, and run multiple scenarios. With our PRO Custom Valve Control, the program can be tailored to the customer’s needs, limited only by your imagination.
The actuators are available in electric, electric/pneumatic, and purely pneumatic versions.

Integrated control
The Next Generation RSW is delivered with integrated flow measurement, a PLC-based HMI, and the option to operate together with our valve control system, allowing control and visualization to be gathered in one place. A variable frequency drive on the compressor also enables PMS control and better adaptation to the available power on board.
