This page covers the enquiry form on tempia.no. It is short because the answer is short: we use your details to answer you, and for nothing else.
Tempia AS, org. no. NO 999 324 622 MVA, Ørnvikveien 6, N-8300 Svolvær, Norway, is the data controller for the details collected on this website.
Your name, company, email address and phone number, whether you are buying for your own operation or delivering to a customer, and the description you write. The form also records which page you came from, the time of sending, your IP address and browser type. The last two are kept to recognise automated misuse of the form.
To answer your enquiry, size a system for your case if you asked for one, and keep the thread of that conversation. We do not use the details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the work of answering you.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. If an enquiry leads to a delivery, the details become part of that project's records and follow the retention rules for customer contracts instead.
Enquiries are stored with Supabase, our database processor, in the European Union. Notification emails go to our sales team through Resend, our email processor. Both handle the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to post@tempia.no and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
The public pages set no tracking cookies. A single technical cookie may be set while the site is in preview to remember that you have access; it holds no personal data.
